Die WG hat eine ausgezeichnete zentrale Lage, nur 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof Nürnberg entfernt. Die Geschäfte im Hauptbahnhof decken Ihre Bedürfnisse ab, einige sind sogar rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Das Stadtzentrum beginnt direkt vor der Haustür des Hauptbahnhofs und bietet eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Bars zum Erkunden.
Die Mitbewohner sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und respektieren den persönlichen Raum des anderen. Es ist eine ideale Wohnsituation für Studenten, junge Berufstätige oder Pendler. Die Kommunikation läuft hauptsächlich über unsere WhatsApp-Gruppe.
Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel und die Bedingungen können besprochen werden. Ich plane, einige Gegenstände zurückzulassen, darunter 2 Ganzkörperspiegel, ein Wäscheständer und ein paar Körbe, die Sie gegen eine geringe Gebühr erwerben können. Cozy and furnished room available. Enjoy perfect WLAN connectivity as the room is conveniently located near the access point. The window faces a quiet street and is equipped with a fly screen and privacy blind. The house maintains a pleasant warmth, particularly during winter.
The WG has an excellent central location, just a 1-minute walk from Nuremberg main station. The shops in the main station cater to your needs, with some open 24/7. The city center begins right at the doorstep of the main train station, offering a wide range of restaurants and bars to explore.
The roommates are friendly and helpful, respecting each other's need for personal space. It's an ideal living arrangement for students, young professionals, or commuters. Communication is primarily handled through our WhatsApp group.
The move-in date is flexible, with conditions to be discussed. I plan to leave behind a few items, including 2 full-length mirrors, a cloth drying rack and a couple of baskets, which you can purchase for a small fee. If you're interested, please contact me via WG-Gesucht.
