Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 4er-WG und ist ca. 20 qm groß in einem Altbau in Gleißhammer. Decken sind hoch und Zimmer ist geräumig.
Das Zimmer würde nach meinem Auszug den Kleiderschrank und die beiden Schreibtische behalten, die ich gerne für eine Ablöse von 200€ weitergeben möchte.
Ansonsten gibt es eine größere Küche, mit allen notwendigen Geräten, inklusive Balkon zur Nordseite gerichtet (also viel Sommersonne). Bad und Toilette sind getrennt und die Wohnung hat bereits eine eigene Waschmaschine. Für die Waschmaschine und Staubsauger wäre auch noch ein Anteil von 100€ dabei.

The room is in a 4-person flat share and is approx. 20 square meters in an old building in Gleißhammer. Ceilings are high and room is spacious.
After I move out, the room would keep the wardrobe and the two desks, which I would like to pass on for a fee of 200€.
Otherwise there is a larger kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including a balcony facing north (so lots of summer sun). Bathroom and toilet are separate and the apartment already has its own washing machine. There would also be a share of 100€ for the washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
Die WG befindet sich in Gleißhammer direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle 8, Holzgartenstraße. Eine ziemlich ruhige Gegend mit einigen Supermärkten (Lidl, Edeka, Netto) und Bäckereien in der Nähe, sowie das Südstadtbad. Mit der Bahn ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt und genauso am Dokuzentrum, wenn man zum Dutzendteich will. Ähnlich kurz ist ein Spaziergang zur Wöhrder Wiese.

The flat share is located in Gleißhammer directly at tram stop 8, Holzgartenstraße. A fairly quiet area with a few supermarkets (Lidl, Edeka, Netto) and bakeries nearby, as well as the Südstadtbad. The train takes you to the city in 10 minutes and also to the documentation center if you want to go to Dutzendteich. Equally as short is a walk to Wöhrder Wiese.
Momentan gestaltet sich das WG-Leben komplett neu, da alle anderen am ausziehen sind, oder bereits ausgezogen sind. Momentan leben hier nun bereits Jonas, ein IT-Student, der gerade seine Bachelorarbeit hier zu Ende schreibt und ein ganz angenehmer Zeitgenosse ist, Carolina, die gerade ihren Master im Physik anfängt und Mehmet.
Jonas ist ein sehr sportlicher Typ und spielt gerne Ultimate Frisbee. Caro eine Frohnatur, die gerne mal einen Kuchen backt und Anime schaut. Mehmet ist ein sehr gesprächiger Typ und kocht auch ganz gerne.

At the moment, flat share life is being completely redesigned, as everyone else is about to move out or has already moved out. Jonas, an IT student who is just finishing his bachelor thesis here and is a very pleasant fellow who loves Ultimate Frisbee, Carolina, a physics master student, makes very good pasta and cakes and Mehment, a very talkative guy.
Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht. Erzähl gerne ein bisschen was von dir, sodass Jonas und Carolina sich ein Bild vom Zusammenleben mit dir vorstellen kann. Wichtig wäre, dass du mittelfristig in der WG wohnen willst, da ich momentan der Träger für die Nebenkosten (Energie) bin und diese gerne an dich weitergeben möchte.
Das Einzugsdatum wäre Anfang Juni (da ich meine neue Wohnung auch erst Anfang Juni bekomme, kann ich nicht genau sagen, wie lange der Umzug dauert).
