Durch die zentrale Lage im Nürnberger Stadtteil Hummelstein im Süden Nürnbergs sind alle wichtigen Autobahnanbindungen innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Parkplätze sind vor dem Wohngebäude reichlich vorhanden und auch zur späten Stunde noch verfügbar.
Auch die allgemeine Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus) sind in nur 2-4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man erreicht die wichtigsten Nürnberger Ziele (Hauptbahnhof, Innenstadt, Messe, etc.) in weniger als 10 Minuten.
