Wir suchen junge Berufstätige, Praktikanten oder Studenten, die Wert auf schönes Wohnen, Gemeinschaft und Sauberkeit legen.
Es bewohnen bereits freundlichen Studenten und junge Berufstätige die Maisonette-Wohnung, die momentan ihr Studium an der naheliegenden Universität Stuttgart absolvieren.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und verfügen über elektrische Rolladen. Sie sind möbliert mit einem ordentlichen Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl, einem Schrank und einer Kommode, etc.
Die Wohnung ist mit Fliesen (Küche, Bad, WC) und Parkett (Zimmer) belegt und verfügt über ein helles und bequemes Wohnzimmer/Sitzecke, ein modernes Bad, sowie ein Gäste-WC. Außerdem ist eine gepflegte Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank, Backofen, großzügiger Arbeitsplatte etc. vorhanden. Eine private Waschmaschine im gemeinsamen Waschraum ist ebenso vorhanden. Zudem gibt es eine Garage mit Abstellplatz für Fahrräder.
Die Lage ist ruhig und befindet sich in der Nähe der Natur (Wald und Feldwege) in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 5-10 Minuten die U-Bahn Station (Schillerplatz, Vaihingen Bahnhof, Universität S-Bahn), sowie in 100m Entfernung eine Bushaltestell (Kreuzstraße).

We are looking for young professionals, interns, or students who value nice living, community, and cleanliness.
friendly students and jung proffesionals are already living in the maisonette and are currently studying at the nearby University of Stuttgart and working nearby.
The rooms are very bright and have electric shutters. They are furnished with a modern bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, etc.
The apartment is covered with tiles (kitchen, bathroom, toilet) and parquet (rooms) and has a bright and comfortable sitting/living area, a modern bathroom, as well as a guest toilet. In addition, there is a well-maintained kitchen incl. dishwasher, large refrigerator, oven, generous countertop, etc.. A private washing machine in the common laundry room is also available. In addition, there is a garage with storage space for bicycles.
The location is quiet and is close to nature (forest and field paths) in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. On foot you can reach the subway station (Schillerplatz, Vaihingen Bahnhof, University S-Bahn) in 5-10 minutes, as well as a bus stop (Kreuzstraße) in 100m distance.
Abgesehen von der top Lage und die zügige Erreichbarkeit öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel (siehe Text oben), bietet die Nachbarschaft um das Gebäude sehr viele tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der SchwabenGalerie, Dienstleistungen (Frisöre, Nagelstudios, Kinos, Apotheken, Ärzte, Banken, etc), sowie tolle Cafés und Restaurants (Tall Tree Café, Cofreez, King's Palace, Van Thai, Edo Sushi, etc). Die SchwabenGalerie, sowie der Rathausplatz, die diese Angebote zur Verfügung stellen befinden sich nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt!
Zur Stuttgarter Innenstadt kommt man ebenso schnell, entweder mit der S-Bahn (S1, S2, S3) von Universität (erreichbar in 4 Minuten mit dem Bus 82, der von der selben Straße abfährt) oder mit der U-Bahn vom Schillerplatz (auch mit dem Bus 82 in 2 Min oder zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Die Bahnen fahren in ca. 10-15 min zum Hauptbahnhof.

You can get to Stuttgart city center just as quickly, either by S-Bahn (S1, S2, S3) from Universität (reachable in 4 minutes by bus 82, which leaves from the same street) or by U-Bahn from Schillerplatz (also reachable by bus 82 in 2 min or on foot in 5 min. The trains go to the main station in about 10-15 min.
Das Haus, sowie die Nachbarschaft, ist durch die Nähe an die Universität von Studenten und jungen Berufstätigen gefüllt. Wir suchen WG-Bewohner, die offen und verantwortungsvoll sind und ein entspanntes Zusammenleben bestreben!
The house, as well as the neighborhood, is filled with students and young professionals due to the proximity to the university. We are looking for flat-share residents who are open-minded, responsible, and strive for a relaxed coexistence!
