Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stockwerk. Neben der Wohnung befindet sich ebenfalls eine Wohnung, die aber noch nicht bewohnbar ist(diese wird erst in 2 Jahren bewohnbar sein), daher haben wir den Dachboden als Stauraum. Alle wichtigen Möbel sind vorhanden, außer das Zimmer was frei wird. Zur meiner Person, ich bin Ex-Soldat und 25 Jahre alt. Ich komme aus Haiti, lebe aber schon seit über 20 Jahren in Deutschland. Ich arbeite vorübergehend beim Rewe in Langenberg.
Vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle, der Bus zum Bahnhof welches 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, fährt dort ab.
Ich bin der einzige Mitbewohner dort.
Ich erwarte, dass der neue/die neue Mitbewohner/in zuverlässig ist und kommunikativ ist.
