Ab dem 01.08. wird dieses Zimmer in unserer WG frei mit Befristung bis 31.07.25.
Das kompakte Zimmer hat ein Fenster zum Innenhof und ist ca. 13qm groß, verfügt dafür über ein Hochbett.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock mit Lift und ist eine typische Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und Stuckverzierung und Fischgrätparkett. Sie verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Abstellkammer, separates WC und eine Badewanne.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt ca 370€ und inkludiert alles (Internet, Wasser, Strom, Betriebskosten, etc).
From 01.08. this room in our the shared flat will be available with a time limit until 31.07.25.
The compact room has one large window and is approx. 13 sqm in size.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and is a typical old building apartment with high ceilings and stucco decoration and herringbone parquet.
The monthly rent is approx. 370€ and includes everything (internet, water, electricity, running costs, etc).
Der Donaukanal ist direkt vor der Haustür und zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten bei der Summer Stage und in 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Außerdem ist die Anbindung an die Öffis super: die U4 hält bei der Friedensbrücke und Roßauer Lände ganz in der Nähe. Die D, 5 und 33 halten auch hier. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens wie Spar, Billa, Hofer sowie mehrere nette Restaurants sind in der Nähe.
The Danube Canal is right on the doorstep and you can walk to the Summer Stage in 5 minutes and to the city center in 25 minutes. The connection to public transport is also great. The U4 stops nearby at Friedensbrücke and Roßauer Lände. The D, 5 and 33 also stop here. All everyday stores such as Spar, Billa, Hofer as well as some nice restaurants are nearby.
Zwei von drei jetzigen Mitbewohnern verlassen die Wohnung mit Ende Juli und der verbleibende übernimmt die WG, bis die Wohnung mit Ende Juli nächsten Jahres an die Vermieterin zurückgegeben wird.
Kurz zu deinem potenziellen Mitbewohner: Ich heiße David, bin 35 und arbeite als IT-Berater für einen Microsoft-Partner, wobei ich häufig im Home Office bin. Nebenher beschäftige ich mich auch mit Finanzen und Trading - doch keine Sorge, ich rede nur darüber wenn ich darauf angesprochen werde. ;) Zum Vergnügen schaue ich Filme & Serien (gern bei Gelegenheit auch gemeinsam), unternehme Reisen und entdecke mit meinem Mountainbike neue Orte in Wien und Umgebung.
Das andere Zimmer konnte nun schon vergeben werden, daher auch kurz zum zweiten Mitbewohner: Sein Name ist Robin, er ist 26 und arbeitet als politischer Berater bei der OSZE.
Wichtig ist mir ein entspanntes Zusammenleben, in dem jede/r ihr/sein Ding macht und sich auf einem ähnlichen Level befindet. Daher richtet sich dies speziell an andere Berufstätige (wobei auch gleichgesinnte Studenten willkommen sind), die noch keine Lust auf (unnötige Kosten für) eine eigene Wohnung haben. Dabei ist es egal, welchen Interessen und Berufen ihr nachgeht, so lange es harmonisch in der WG ist. Das bedeutet auch, dass ich keine Ersatzmama bin und erwarte, dass eigenständig ein fairer Beitrag geleistet wird - so brauchen wir kein Putzplan und WG-Ausgaben werden einfach über Splid miteinander verrechnet.
Two of the three current flatmates will leave the apartment at the end of July and the remaining one will take over the flat share until the apartment is returned to the landlady at the end of July next year.
Briefly about your potential flatmate: My name is David, I'm 35 and I work as an IT consultant for a Microsoft partner, often working from home. I also work in finance and trading - but don't worry, I only talk about it when I'm asked ;) I enjoy watching movies and series (also together when the opportunity arises), traveling and discovering new places in Vienna and the surrounding area on my mountain bike.
The other room now is taken so here's a brief info about the other roomie: his name is Robin, he is 26 and works as political advisor at OSCE.
It is important to me to live together in a relaxed atmosphere, where everyone does their own thing and is on a similar level. Therefore, this is aimed at other working people (and like-minded students) who don't yet feel like (unnecessarily paying for) their own apartment. It doesn't matter what interests and professions you pursue, as long as there is harmony in the shared flat. This also means that I am not a surrogate mother and expect a fair contribution to be made independently - so we don't need a cleaning plan and shared flat expenses are simply offset against each other via Splid.
