20 qm Zimmer in 2er WG nahe Volksoper

da ich ausziehe, suchen wir ab 1. April eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in für unsere 2er-WG im 18. Bezirk, nur wenige Minuten von der Volksoper entfernt. Die U6 sowie die Straßenbahnlinien 40, 41 und 42 sind in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m2 groß, hell und gut geschnitten. Es bietet viel Platz und kann bei Bedarf teilweise möbliert übernommen werden (Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode etc.).
Die Wohnung hat 68 m2, ist ein schöner Altbau und sehr hell. Es gibt eine Küche, genug Platz im Vorraum zum Sitzen und Quatschen und ein getrenntes Bad und WC.

Miete: 650 € inkl. aller Kosten

Servus, ich bin Felix, 27, und mache gerade meinen Master in Spatial Data Science in Wien. In meiner Freizeit bin ich viel unterwegs – ich spiele Handball im Verein, gehe gern aus und bin im Sommer viel in der Natur und in den Bergen. Ich bin offen, kontaktfreudig und probiere gern Neues aus. Zuhause koche ich gerne, zocke ab und zu, lese oder mache ein bisschen Musik.
Ich freue mich auf jemanden, der ebenfalls Lust auf ein aktives, entspanntes WG-Leben hat und gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre und Grenzen des anderen respektiert.

As I am moving out, we are looking for a new roommate for our two-person shared apartment in the 18th district, just a few minutes away from the Volksoper, starting April 1. The U6 subway line and tram lines 40, 41, and 42 are less than a 5-minute walk away.
The room is approx. 20 m2. It offers plenty of space and can be partially furnished if required (wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, etc.).
The apartment is 68 m2, is in a beautiful old building and is very bright. There is a kitchen, enough space in the entrance hall to sit and chat, and a separate bathroom and toilet.

Rent: €650 including all costs

Hi, I’m Felix, 27, currently doing my Master’s in Spatial Data Science in Vienna. I like to stay active and keep busy – I play handball in a club, enjoy going out, and spend a lot of time outside and hiking in the mountains during summer. I’d describe myself as open-minded, sociable, and always up for trying something new. At home, I enjoy cooking, playing video games, reading, or occasionally making some music.
I’m looking for someone who enjoys an active and relaxed shared flat vibe, while also respecting each other’s space and boundaries.
