I'm offering my bright and well-located 2-room apartment here for sublet from 7th December to 7th of January 2021.

The 35sqm apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building. The apartment is fully furnished with a bed (140x200), desk, wardrobe, shelf and bedside table. There is also a hall, a private bathroom with a bathtub and a great kitchen with all kinds of appliances, a dining table + 2 chairs and a very comfortable sofa bed.
The apartment has laminate flooring and is always nice and bright thanks to the two large windows.
My own washing machine is also available in the basement. The apartment is to be sublet fully furnished and some utensils and devices (vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, toaster, etc.) can remain in the apartment if requested and agreed. It is also a non-smoking apartment.

The “Berensberger Straße” stop can be reached within 2 minutes on foot, and many bus routes (44,7,47) take you to the Ponttor in 10 minutes, to the bus station in 15 minutes and to the main train station in 20 minutes. For example, you can get to all university buildings and Pontstraße really quickly and you can even live in the countryside. You can also go jogging or walking in the fields in Richterich. You can walk to the small park around Schönau Castle in about 2 minutes and make yourself comfortable there on a meadow in front of the duck pond. A Penny and an Action are right around the corner (about a 5 minute walk). Immediately after that there is a Netto and at the end of the street an Aldi, Edeka and Nobis.
