Hello!

I'm offering my lovely apartment on Oppelner Str. just 30 seconds (perhaps even less) walk from Gorlitzer park. Please write me a - SHORT - message if you're interested.

I have found something smaller and cheaper in the same area, so I say goodbye to the lovely place I have called home for the past year.

I will keep things short and try to cover the important details as I have to get back to work.

What you need to know:
> I am moving to a partly furnished flat. This means I can not bring most of the furniture I have spent the past year collecting. I would like to sell these pieces to the apartment's new occupant. I will have a detailed breakdown of this cost but it will be approximately 700 euros.
> The good news is there is no deposit. Yes, that correct! There is no deposit, but you will be expected to put that money towards the cost of the furnishing in the apartment.
> The contract is indefinite, but there is no Anmeldung. This is apartment is probably more suited for someone currently registered in Berlin.
> The rent may be reduced soon. My landlord is in the process of sorting out the Mietendeckel. He just had a child and has finally gotten around to doing the paperwork. In the next 1-2 months it is likely the rent will be reduced. The apartment is slightly too expensive for its size, but I have always stomached this because of how great the area is.
