I am offering my 51m² apartment in Charlottenburg for sublet from November 27th, 2023, to January 22nd, 2024. In addition to the accommodation, I am seeking someone responsible to care for my plants during this period.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a double bed, a cozy living area with a well-appointed kitchen, a bathroom, and a charming French balcony. The living area also features a spacious sofa, providing comfortable sleeping space for one person. Essential appliances like a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and a smart TV with access to Netflix are provided, along with all necessary utensils.

Here are the rental details:

Monthly Rent: 900 euros
Deposit: Equivalent to one month’s rent
The apartment’s location is very convenient, with the Ring Bahn and U-Bahn stations within a 10-minute walk. It is also well-connected to public transportation. Supermarkets, including REWE, are conveniently located right in front of the building, and there are excellent dining options in the vicinity.

Please note that Anmeldung (official registration) is NOT possible for this sublet. I am looking for single individuals or couples as tenants.

The total monthly rent covers the base rent, additional costs, heating charges, electricity, and internet.
