* Around 12 minutes to S+U Frankfurter Allee
* 5 minutes to the M13 tram
* Supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and other shops are only about 5 minutes away
* Several other parks are also nearby.

Who I’m Looking For

I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful and easygoing who will treat the apartment with care.

The apartment has everything you need to feel at home, and I’d love to rent it to someone who appreciates a calm and comfortable living space.
