Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne und sanierte 2-Zimmer-Altbau-Wohnung für 4 Monate. Vom 10.11.23 bis Samstag 29.02.24 Der Preis inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt 1320€ Pro Monat.



Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag über, morgens im Schlafzimmer & Küche, Nachmittags und Abends im Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen schönen Balkon, auf dem wir gerne die Sonne genießen. Die Wohnung ist mit hochwertigen Designermöbeln eingerichtet und eignet sich auch super fürs Home / Remote Office (2 Arbeitsplätze möglich). Der Landwehrkanal ist nur 100m von der Wohnung entfernt und die beliebte Weserstraße, mit einer großen Auswahl an guten Restaurant und coolen Bars ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. 



Die Küche ist mit allen gängigen Gerätschaften ausgestattet (Herd, Backofen, großer Kühlschrank etc). Das Bad hat eine Badewanne inklusive Regenduschkopf. In der Abstellkammer steht eine Waschmaschine inklusive Trocknerfunktion und ein Wäscheständer zur Verfügung. 



Netto und REWE sind nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch zur LPG ist es nicht weit. Direkt vor der Haustüre hält ein Bus M43 und 166, der einen in 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn Rathaus Neukölln / U7 oder U8 oder zur S-Bahn Treptower Park bringt. Durch die Nähe zum Kanal, dem Weichselplatz und dem Treptowerpark ist man nach Feierabend ganz schnell im Grünen oder am Wasser. 



Wir sind ein Nichraucherhaushalt und wünschen uns einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit unserer Wohnung und unseren Möbeln. Die Kaution beträgt 1000€ und wird nach der Miete umgehend zurück gezahlt. Partys sind nicht erwünscht.

We rent our beautiful and renovated 2 room Altbau apartment for 4 Month. FromFriday, 10.11.23 to29.02.24. The price including utilities is 1320€ per month. 



The apartment is located on the 4th floor and the sun shines all day long, in the morning in the bedroom & kitchen, in the afternoon and evening in the living room. The living room has a nice balcony where we like to enjoy the sun. The apartment is furnished with high quality designer furniture and is also great for home / remote office (2 workstations possible). The Landwehrkanal is only 100m away from the apartment and the popular Weserstraße, with a huge selection of good restaurants and cool bars is within 5 minutes walking distance.



The kitchen is equipped with all common appliances (stove, oven, large refrigerator, etc). The bathroom has a bathtub including rain shower head. In the storage room is a washing machine including dryer function and a clothes horse available. 



Netto and REWE are only 4 minutes walk away and it is also not far to the LPG (Bio Supermarket). Directly in front of the front door stops a bus M43 and 166, which takes you in 5 minutes to the subway Rathaus Neukölln / U7 or U8 or to the S-Bahn Treptower Park. Due to the proximity to the canal, Weichselplatz and Treptowerpark, you can quickly be in the green or on the water after work.



We are a non-smoking household and wish to be responsible with our apartment and furniture. The deposit is 500€ and will be paid back immediately after the rent. Partys are not allowed.
