The terraced house is centrally located and has been extensively renovated. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with satellite TV (HD), sofa bed, dining table and sideboards. There is also a renovated guest toilet on the ground floor and a hallway with mirror and shoe rack. On the first floor are two larger rooms (about 15.5 sqm) and a smaller room (about 9 sqm). The rooms are equipped with: bed (140 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, mirror, base units and bed linen. The bed in the third smaller room, which can be folded out if necessary, has the dimensions 90 cm x 200 cm. In addition, there is a renovated bathroom with a spacious shower. In the basement is a large basement room with a new washing machine. In addition, one has access to a new oil burner in a separate room.

The house is located in a green and very quiet side street with very good parking. On foot you can reach in just 5 minutes the subway (Rehberge underground station), the bus (128), the city cinema, a supermarket, a hotel with a French restaurant and the Schillerpark. Nearby there are many other shops, day-care centers and schools. Tegel Airport is also within easy reach. Depending on the weather conditions, aircraft noise may occur until the airport is closed.
