The terraced house is centrally located and has been extensively renovated. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with satellite TV (HD), sofa bed, dining table and sideboards. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and the garden with apple tree. The kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery (everything as new)). There is also a renovated guest toilet on the ground floor and a hallway with mirror and shoe rack. On the first floor are two larger rooms (about 15.5 sqm) and a smaller room (about 9 sqm). The rooms are equipped with: bed (140 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, mirror, base units and bed linen. The bed in the third smaller room, which can be folded out if necessary, has the dimensions 90 cm x 200 cm. In addition, there is a renovated bathroom with a spacious shower. In the basement is a large basement room with a new washing machine. In addition, one has access to a new oil burner in a separate room.
Wi-Fi Internet VDSL 50 Mbps is available.
The house is located in a green and very quiet side street with very good parking. On foot you can reach in just 5 minutes the subway (Rehberge underground station), the bus (128), the city cinema, a supermarket, a hotel with a French restaurant and the Schillerpark. Nearby there are many other shops, day-care centers and schools. Tegel Airport is also within easy reach. Depending on the weather conditions, aircraft noise may occur until the airport is closed. However, the house is equipped with soundproof windows, so that it remains untouched in the house. There is also a no-fly ban.
The location is ideal, with the subway, the bike or the car, for example, the Beuth University, the HU or TU quickly reach. In about 20 minutes you are in the Friedrichstrasse, at the main station or on the Kurfürstendamm.

The house is suitable for a shared flat but also for a family.

5. For the final cleaning will be charged 30 EUR per tenant or 80 EUR for the entire house.
6. The deposit is 700 EUR per tenant.
7. During the stay, the tenant is responsible for garden maintenance and snow removal. The landlord gladly supports this.
