Kiwi girl looking for a room

I'm a 28 year old female from New Zealand that is well travelled and has spent the last 2 years living in London, and now looking to make a home in a new exciting city for the next year!
I like to cook, watch movies, chill out, dance, work out, and love a glass of wine/beer or two. I'm easy going, and I'm clean and tidy and like to live with those who are the same. I work remotely so will spend most days working from home from a laptop.
I love to travel so will spend time going away for a few days or a week to explore another area.
I'm looking for something ideally for a couple of months but will consider anything around 4 weeks minimum. Any questions please feel free to let me know.
