Looking for 3 bedrooms house in Berlin (Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Mitte)

Good afternoon!
I’m Sergio a 24 years old Italian student coming to Berlin to attend my last semester in Escp Europe Master of Science in Food and Beverage management.
I’m looking for a cozy and calm flat, along with my two colleagues Simone, aged 24, and Benedetto, aged 28.
We’re looking for a flat from now to the end of February, with the eventuality of extent our journey depending on possible internships here in Berlin. To conclude we are ready to get into the house as soon as possible, as we are already in Berlin right now.
In our idea it would fit best an house of at least 100 m2, with 3 bedrooms an abitabile kitchen and a shareable living room and is optional a second bathroom. As it is a long term rent, is it possible to meet and get to know each other in the next days, and maybe visit the apartment?
