Long term flat/house for master student

Hello, I'm Xhois and currently finishing my last year of masters in Visual Design. I'm looking for a long term flat/house/apartment with anmeldung possible, as I will start working in Berlin from January 2021 and continue after my masters. I'm currently working for a company back home and freelancing. I need a place asap starting from 15th of September or 1st of October. My current contract ends on 30th of September so I would like some time to move all of my stuff. I don't mind the areas but the most preferable are Kreuzberg, Neukolln, Mitte, Prenzlauer berg, Friedrischain. House should be enough spacious to be sunny and put plants, up to 1000 euros.
