I am an international student looking for a room in a house close to Goethe University with the following basic criteria:
1. Allergic to cat -> no cats ... dogs are ok ... no freaky pets, plz...
2. Non-smoking female lanlord preferred
3. Room within the range of 250 - 350 Euro
4. With cable
5. Internet required
i will start my MBA course in this October but will in Sep for an intenesive language course. i am happy to share the room with a native speaker so i could practice my German. :)
The course ends on Nov 2012 so i am looking for a long term lease... i am quite easy going and enjoy a quite life -> no partying preferred as well...
