It’s a small room(8qm) is available from now till end of October. There is a very big and light common living area- high ceilings and calm flair. To introduce myself: I am 36 ophthalmologist, working during the week in a practice in Stuttgart and in the weekends mostly traveling. A nice garden area with a jacuzzi whirpool can be used. The space is warm and full of sunlight, with big windows and a view towards vineyards and a calm street. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the space is great for home office or just to chill after a busy day. There is a good coffee machine thou. Getting around: 5 min walk from S1 station Obertürkheim and the bus lines 61,62,65. Distance to Stuttgart Mitte( main Station) is 25 min, University Vahingen 25 min. Airport 45 min. Backery and grocery store just down the street. Parking in the street is possible for free. The house is very close to wine tasting locations(Weingut Zaiß)- not expensive and delicious. For nature lovers- beautiful view over Stuttgart from the heel of Grabkapelle auf dem Württemberg- area is good for easy hikes.
S-Bhf Obertürkheim is 5min walk down the street. There are also Buses 61,62,65
