It is a shared room with an RWTH Material Science student who is a quiet and well mannered roommate. You have easy access to a balcony with a scenic view of the forest. Room is kept tidy by taking turns cleaning every week. Roommate minds his own business mostly and so you can enjoy your peace.
The location although a little far from university by normal standards have good public transport connections with business 2 and 24 coming every 15 minutes. It is a quiet and homely neighborhood with an Aldi nearby for shopping. Located quiet close to the Belgium forest, you can enjoy scenic walks and the calm of the forest.
You will be sharing the whole apartment with 5 other people. They are loving people who will help you with getting accustomed to the apartment. You have a shared kitchen and two bathrooms, that are kept clean and tidy in turns by the flatmates.
There are no requirements per se. You must keep your area and the kitchen and bathroom clean after use. Must pay the rent on time and you have shared access to an oven and refrigerator.
