I'm looking for a place for 2 years, where I can have my own time but also share moments of life with flatmates

I am a French engineer student, and I will be in Aachen for 2 years at the RWTH.
Besides studying, I will spend most of my time doing sport : I play rugby since I am 7-years-old and I have seen that there is a club in Aachen (it's the first thing I looked for on google maps !). I also like to exercise at the gym in order to be in shape. It would be a pleasure to discover your sport if you practise !
I like to live with people, I used to live in a community (boarding school or in a flatshare) for 4 years now. I learned to live with any kind of personnalities, from flatshare with a lot of space for anyone to boats where each inch square of floor was shared for 3 weeks.
At home I like to cook, do some puns that are original and sometimes funny, watch a movie or drink some beers while watching a game.
