I am looking for a nachmieter from 1st July for my room.
It is a WG. The room is 20 sq. mt. in size and fully furnished.
It is on the third floor.
The room is in VaalserStr, next to West Park.There is good Bus communication from Bushof and Hauptbahnhof.
It is just 5mins from FH and RWTH by Bus. Kaufland,Aldi, Lidl is nearby.
Washing machine is available in the basement.
The rent is 200€ including everything.
