Searching for a room for a student at RWTH Aachen

Hello everyone,
My name is Filipe and I am searching for a room for rent. I am from Portugal and I am 20 years old. I study Mechanical Engineering and, under the Erasmus+ programme, will be studying in RWTH Aachen next semester. I will arrive in Germany on the 21st of September. The maximum amount I am able to spend is 400€ (Warmmiete).
I am looking for a furnished room, with bed, desk and closet, in a flat with kitchen and bathroom at least. I do not mind shared flats. In fact, it would be in my best interest to be a shared flat, as I will be a total foreigner in the city.

I consider myself a happy and friendly person, and I'm always eager to meet new people from around the world. I play handball and enjoy doing various sports and activities. I also enjoy cooking, listening to music, talking, among many other things.
I am organized and clean and like to do as little noise as possible. I do not smoke. I do not mind sharing a flat with smokers, as long as they do not smoke inside the house. I have an allergy to cat fur.

Ich bin Filipe und ich suche ein Zimmer zu vermieten. Ich komme aus Portugal und ich bin 20 Jahre alt. Ich studiere Maschinenbau und ich werde in Aachen nächste Semester studieren. Ich werde in Deutschland am 21. September ankommen. Ich kann 400€ Warmmiete maximal bezahlen.
Ich suche ein möbliertes Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank, in einer Wohnung mit Küche und Bad mindestens. Es kann ein WG werden.

Ich halte mich für eine glückliche und freundliche Person, und ich will neue Leute aus der ganzen Welt treffen. Ich spiele Handball und ich mache gern verschiedene Sport und Aktivitäten. Ich koche gern auch, Musik hören, sprechen und andere Dinge.
Ich bin organisiert und sauber und ich mag wenig Lärm machen. Ich rauche nicht. Es ist mir egal, wenn ich eine Wohnung mit Rauchern teilen, solange sie im Haus nicht rauchen. Ich habe eine Allergie gegen Katzenfell.
