I want to rent a room from 26th July to 12th Sep., I am a no smoking, Quiet, Clean, and nice person, please find detail below:

One single room with washing maschine.
Term: 26/July to 14/Sep.
Rental Fee: around 300 Euros per month
Location: Not far away to Borkenberg 14 D-61440 Oberursel by bus or train (less than 1 hour in travel);
Furnishing: full equipped kitchen, full furnished bedroom with Bed, mattress, table, Chair, TV, microwave oven etc.
Other: Able to cook, Internet connection, prefer a family homestay or sharing a room with 2 or 3 local people.
