Bayreuth MA Student Seeking Flatshare

Hello there! I'm John "Daniel" Bratcher, and I'm a 26-year-old American graduate student studying in Bayreuth in the Master's program for History and Economics. My background is journalism and history, as well as some additional studies in international relations. I'm native English-speaking, I know basic French, and I'm in the process of A1 Deutsch. I'm finishing up my first year and hoping to find a new place for this summer. I'm ideally looking to move in anytime before the beginning of September. I'm interested in finding an affordable apartment with a nice, laid back group of young professionals! Ideally, I'd like my roommates to be other graduate students or working adults under the age of 40, but roommates who are undergraduate students or older adults are not disqualifiers. Likewise, I'm not particular on genders or sexualities of my roommates, and I myself am LGBTQ. I'm a bit more reserved and enjoy my space, but I like getting to know people and I'm open to occasional group dinners, game nights, and simply chilling out in common spaces. I do drink on occasion and enjoy finding new cocktail recipes; I don't smoke, though I don't mind smokers who only smoke outside; I don't mind noise and parties on weekends, though I prefer notice for larger gatherings. When I'm not studying or out with friends, I go walking/hiking, I use my laptop for socializing and gaming, and I write for fun. I'm not picky about the apartment itself, but non-required preferences include monthly rent under 300€ , a good people-to-bathroom ratio, a bathtub, and close proximity to either university itself or a bus line.
