Wg-Zimmer (unmöbliert) in Berlin Treptow

Hallo zukünftige*r Mitbewohner*in!
Mein derzeitiger Mitbewohner zieht mit seiner Freundin zusammen und daher wird in dieser geselligen WG ein Zimmer frei :)
Hier sind ein paar Details über das Zimmer:
Größe: 13,5 qm bieten genug Platz, um Träume zu verwirklichen, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren.
Möbel: Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, da mein Mitbewohner all sein Zeug mitnimmt. Du hast also Spielraum es so zu gestalten, wie du es dir wünschst.

Neben deinem Zimmer, gibt es eine kleine Küche, Bad, ein großes Wohnzimmer (mit ausreichend Platz für Freizeitaktivitäten wie Brettspielen oder Yoga) und einen Balkon.

Außer dir wohne ich, Janine, 25 Jahre alt, Teilzeit-Studentin und Teilzeit-Projektmanagerin, in der WG. Ich koche gerne vegetarisch oder vegan, mag Schach und (guilty pleasure) schaue ab und zu Trash-TV.

Für das WG-Leben wünsche ich mir eine Person, die offen und respektvoll kommuniziert, sich an den Putzplan und Absprachen hält. Schön wäre, wenn man gelegentlich sich auf Pasta und Wein zum Plausch auf dem Balkon trifft oder zum Billard spielen in eine Bar geht.

Zu den langweiligen Infos:
Miete sind 410 Euro, all inclusive :D Also Miete, Strom, Gas, Internet. (Ohne Anmeldung)
Kaution sind 700 Euro.
Lage: Im schönen Baumschulenweg, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Jedoch nah genug an Supermärkten, Spätis, Dönerläden, diversen Bushaltestellen und 12-Minuten bis zum nächsten S-Bahnhof (S Baumschulenweg).

Hello future roommate!
My current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend and therefore a room is becoming available in this shared flat :)
Here are a few details about the room:
Size: 13,5 qm offer enough space to realize dreams without losing the overview.
Furniture: The room is unfurnished as my roommate is taking his stuff with him. So you have the freedom to arrange it as you wish.

In addition to your room, there is a small kitchen, bathroom, a large living room (with enough space for for you to spend your free time playing board games or doing yoga) and a balcony.

Apart from you, I, Janine, 25 years old, part-time student and part-time project manager, live in the shared flat. I like to cook vegetarian or vegan food, like chess and (guilty pleasure) watch trash TV from time to time.

For life in a shared flat, I would like someone who communicates openly and respectfully and sticks to the cleaning schedule and agreements. It would be nice to meet up occasionally for pasta and wine on the balcony or to play pool in a bar.

About the "boring" information:
Rent is 410 euros, all inclusive :D So rent, electricity, gas, internet. (Without registration)
Deposit is 700 euros.
Location: In the beautiful Baumschulenweg, in a quiet side street. However, close enough to supermarkets, Spätis, restaurants, kebab stores, various bus stops and 12 minutes to the nearest S-Bahn station (S Baumschulenweg).
