Schönes ruhiges Zimmer in Baumschulenweg

Hallo!

Wir suchen ein*e dritte*n Mitbewohner*in für ein 14qm-Zimmer in einer schönen Bude mit Balkon und Badewanne in Berlin-Baumschulenweg! Ab sofort, bzw ab Februar. Die Miete ist ca. 450€ mit allem drin. Die Wohnung ist im Hochpaterre, also eine Treppe hoch, dadurch nicht barrierefrei. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster nach (vermutlich) Westen, ist 2,50m breit und 5,50m lang. Ausstattungstechnisch haben wir eine Waschmaschine und eine Küche mit mehr oder weniger allem was man braucht (Spülmaschine!!).

Zu uns: Wir sind Toni und Sophia und wünschen uns schon länger eine WG zusammen - jetzt haben wir eine Wohnung gefunden und ziehen dort auch beide neu ein.

Antonia "Toni" ist 29, Biologin, Schwäche für Parasiten, Topfpflanzen und schnulzige Coming-of-age Filme. Überlegt außerdem auch eine Katze zu adoptieren, was hälst Du davon??

Sophia ist 28, Soziologin, Kick Boxerin und Feministin und schreibt ihre Masterarbeit in Sozialwissenschaften an der HU. Wenn nicht gerade eine Pandemie sie ins Home Office zwingt, macht sie viel Sport. Auch im Lockdown kocht und liest sie außerdem gerne.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Ecke Sonnenallee/Baumschulenstraße und ist ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß von S Baumschulenweg entfernt, und direkt an den Buslinien M41, 295 und 170. Supermärkte und Späti sind auch nicht weit weg. Pluspunkt der Lage auf jeden Fall: nah an Spree und Plänterwald und dem malerischen Britzer Verbindungskanal 😊

Wir sind Cousinen, aber kommen eher rüber wie Freundinnen, würde ich sagen. Wir sind auf jeden Fall offen und freuen uns auf Dich und wollen nicht nur eine dritte Person suchen um die Wohnung voll zu kriegen. Wir freuen uns auf ein gemeinschaftliches und solidarisches WG Leben, Balkonbepflanzung im Frühling, gemeinsames kochen, essen, leben, leiden und chillen. Alles nach dem Motto: live, love, laugh. Nee, kleiner Scherz, eher: alles kann, nichts muss, wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig.

Hi there!

We are looking for a third roommate for a 14sqm room in a nice pflat with abalcony and a bathtub in Berlin-Baumschulenweg! From now on or from February. The rent is around 450 € with everything included. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor, up one flight of stairs, so it is not barrier-free. The room has a large window to (presumably) west, is 2.50 m wide and 5.50 m long. In terms of equipment, we have a washing machine and a kitchen with more or less everything you need (dishwasher !!).

About us: We are Toni and Sophia and have been wanting to share a flat together for a long time - now we have found an apartment and are both moving in there.

Antonia "Toni" is 29, a biologist with a weakness for parasites, potted plants and funny coming-of-age films. Also I'm considering adopting a cat, what do you think of that?

Sophia is 28, a sociologist, kick boxer and feminist and is writing her master's thesis in social sciences at HU. When a pandemic doesn't force her to work from home, she does a lot of sport. She also likes to cook and read in lockdown.

The apartment is on the corner of Sonnenallee and Baumschulenstrasse and is approx. 12 minutes' walk from S Baumschulenweg and directly on the bus routes M41, 295 and 170. Supermarkets and Späti are also not far away. The plus point of the location in any case: close to the Spree and Plänterwald and the picturesque Britzer Verbindungdskanal :)

We're cousins, but come across more like friends, I would say. We are definitely open and look forward to you and don't just want to look for a third person to fill the apartment. We look forward to living in a shared flat based on solidarity, balcony planting in spring, cooking, eating, living, suffering and chilling together. Everything according to the motto: live, love, laugh. No, just kidding, rather: everything is possible, nothing is a must, we support each other.
