Welcome, beautiful sister!
(To have that said right at the beginning: I'm searching for a woman, as this apartment is meant to be a women's place - totally respecting all other genders and not meaning to discriminate anyone. ***)
I'm Caro, and me and my friend Rici founded this WG at the beginning of the year. Sadly, she is leaving Berlin for her studies, and so I'm searching for a new flat mate to move in as soon as possible and make this beautiful flat a cosy home together. :)
As it's gonna be only the two of us living here (me and YOU? ), I'm searching for someone that I'm really vibing with. I appreciate my home to be a place of warmth and love, of sharing and caring, respectfulness and peace. ..and of course crazyness and creativity are more than welcome, haha!
I'm a very active person, so I'm moving a lot in and around Berlin, I enjoy so much to be in movement and be with people - you are welcome to join, I'm always open for new adventures! Anyhow, this apartment is not meant to be a party place, more a place of peace to calm down from all the party outside - and therefore it's just perfect:
The flat is a little beautiful castle directly under the sky, I guess the fotos tell more than I could with words. Very lightful, quiet and peaceful. :)
It's all furnished (has been since the beginning), so you won't have to bring much other than yourself and your stuff :) It's a warmly made nest already, waiting for a beautiful bird to fly in.
(Oh, and my mother tongue is german, but I chose to write in englsh as I'm warmly open to all nationalities.)
Baumschulenweg is a very green Kietz, you find a lot of forest (Plänterwald and Königsheide) here, it's right next to the river Spree and some side canals, and last but not least there are loots of the beautiful Schrebergärten around.
Our flat is located perfectly: directly next to the canal, the forest and the Schrebergärten. If you look out of your window, you'll see green trees only. (-->fotos) Nice to go for long walks, jogging in nature or just sit and relax at the water side.
On the other hand, to reach the city life, there is a really good S-Bahn connection that brings you straight wherever you want, as Baumschulenweg is part of the Ring. (The station is a 10 minutes walk from the flat.) ..and of course there are lots of buses that bring you to more central places quickly, 4 mins from the flat.
I enjoy that our home is located so close to Treptower Park, Görlitzer Park etc. - you can reach these areas easily by bike.
Some more details about me:
I'm 25, I'm vegan and mainly eating bio, would appreciate to have similar eating preferences to be able to share food. I love cooking and eating hehe :)
And I loove languages and cultures, I've been traveling a lot and been living in different countries, so I speak several languages. That's why I'm feeling totally at home in Berlin now. :)
Apart from that, I'm really into personal development, communication and the human psyche. I'm currently doing a formation to become a gestalt therapist. I love to practice open and authentic communication with whomever, especially in our home I think this is a very valuable tool.
I love Yoga and try to meditate every day to keep the balance between activity and inner calm. I love nature and sports, so I really enjoy having the forest right in front of the door. I love deep conversations about whatsoever, philosphic, spiritual, personal, etc as well as just joking and kidding aound and having fun.
I'm working in a restaurant and at the radio and try to enjoy life with whatever I do.
