I am offering a room in a 3 room apartment. At the moment it’s me and a friend living here. But she will move out soon so if you have a friend that is also looking for a room (really similar to this one) let me know in your text.
We are 20 and 25 years old so we would like to live with someone not faraway of this age. It’s basically going to be a WG but we don’t want to feel like a WG. We want something more like a “living together” thing. And because of that we are looking for someone nice that could stay for a long time (and by that a mean at least a year).
Since we just moved here and the apartment was completely empty your room doesn’t have anything, but we can help you with that if you need :) We can talk about that and i am happy to help you with what you need.
About the rest of the apartment dont worry i will take care of it, its not gonna took like in the photos.
Since communication is the key to have a nice relationship with the roommates would be good if you speak at least one of this languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian
The apartment is in close to the Station Baumschulenweg (only two stations outside of the Ringbanh) with the S9 that passes through all central stations. There is also two bus stations right in front of the apartment with at least 4 different buses. You can reach the Treptower Park in less than 15 minutes by bike or with a bus. (Perfect for the summer!!)
There is a Lidl, Edeka, Dm and other markets really close.
The Domino’s Pizza in right in the corner as well as other restaurants.
I am a dancer form Ukraine, I also have lived in Portugal and that’s why i speak portuguese and spanish.
I live alone since my 14 years old in many different apartments and alone.
Normally i have a lot of things to do during the day, since i’m learning german and having dance classes. I love doing sports so if you too you are always welcome to join me.
On weekend, I usually go to bars or clubs with friends and i like to go to Flohmarkts.

The rent would be 600€/month warm.
Deposit 600€ that would be given back if you move out.
Since we had to buy the kitchen and other electronics you would have to pay a part of it. So it would be a one time payment of 800€ (that is unfortunately a condition).
You should have a proof of income, yours or from your legal guardian.
Please have your documents ready if i invite you to visit the apartment.
