Hey there!
We are looking for a 4th flatmate to move into our sociable, warm and respectful WG in central Pberg as soon as possible. Located on Kastanienallee with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants (while they are still open) its a great neighbourhood and with the trams on the street and the U2 and U8 less than 15 min away you are well connected to rest of the city. 😀
About the room: it is bright, spacious, approx, 12 sqm meters, faces the quiet courtyard with direct access to the balcony and comes partially furnished with the basics from the former flatmate. The room costs 450 Euros "warm" excluding TV and Radio licensing etc. The flat also has a balcony overlooking the courtyard and a large kitchen/dining space we like to use to cook together, entertain and have more than the odd glass of wine after a long day.
About us: There is Freddie, 33 British musician and chef, Jasmine, 24 from Ireland and Rob, also 28 who works full time for an NGO here in Berlin and is Scottish/German (more or less). We are open minded, pretty social, usually out and about, keen to share our space with fun, communicative, tidy and warm hearted people. As a flat we regularly do things together but of course also spend time apart or chilling and never have any issues giving each other space, helping each other out and always try and address any difficulties together. We have been living in the flat for almost 3 years and are trying to make it more of a home each day. 🙂
Ideally you are a fun, sociable and laid back person, German would def be a plus! and it goes without saying no sexism, racism, homophobia etc we are a mixed bunch but have no time for assholes :)
