I'm currently in Paris and I'm subletting my room in a 2-person flat in Neukölln from the 15.01 to the 30.04 to a working person. That means the january rent is split and you pay of course only half the rent for 15.01.24 - 30.1.24.
The rent is 535 euros, all costs included. Apart from the two rooms, there is a kitchen and a bathroom, but no additional living room. The room for rent has a small balcony facing Anzengruberstraße. The flat is very close to the Rathaus Neukölln bus stop.
Our landlord requires a self-disclosure from you. In addition, I would like two month rent as a deposit, which unfortunately is also explicitly earmarked for the gas back payments next spring. Please get in touch if you would like to stay for the full period.
