Hi everyone!
I offer a 25m2 room in the heart of Neukölln (right outside of U Karl-Marx-Str.) in a 2-room apartment for short-term. We can also discuss shorter stays and re-calculate the rent.
The room I offer is luminous and spacious, and has a high ceiling. The window overlooks the inner yard so it is very quiet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a tub and a washing machine, plus a bicycle parking space downstairs.
The neighbourhood is very lively, you can find supermarkets, apothekes, restaurants from various countries, bars, parks and shops of different kinds within only a few minutes a walk.
You would be living with my best friend Julie, a French 24-year old who is passionate about music and movies, and enjoys going for a stroll around the canal or else playing GeoGuesser when not feeling sociable.
