Hi everyone;
there is a room temporarily free in a great neighborhood, Neukölln, Körnerpark, because we are on a little holiday.

The price is 300€ from April 29th until April 14th, all inclusive. Dates are flexible.

The room is ca. 16m2 with big windows. It's a bright room with everything you need and is next to the hinterhof ,so very quiet. There is a desk where you can work, a chair to sit or read, a great bed, couch and enough space to hang your clothes. Everything you need for a stay.

The kitchen is equipped with lots of tools that you can use to cook. Feel free to use them. Balcony you can though: There is a table in the kitchen where you can sit, have a breakfast/coffee, diner etc, or just hang out. However, parties are not allowed! We clean the flat at least once a week and like things tidy in the flat. So basic cleaning after you use something is normal for us :) If you have a bike; there is a backyard where you can park your bike.

Please no smoking & no party! That is really important to us.

Also last but not least: I would really appreciate that the subletter would be able to take care of our plants and give them water occasionally!! that would be amazing

The flat has a great location! In a 5 minutes walk you are at the Termpelhoferfeld. There are plenty of bars closeby.
There are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Aldi is 10 minutes by foot and there are several spätis around the corner. Also a Rewe, Netto are closeby at the Hermannstraße Station

Tempelhofer Feld and Körnerpark is around the corner.
Sbahn Hermannstraße ca. 10 min by foot
U8 Leinestraße within ca. 10 min by foot

You would be living with one other person. We are still looking for another person. So if you know someone or you are a couple or family, please let us know. It would also fit perfectly for a family.
