We are looking for a flatmate in a fresh & renovated shared apartment.
* 15sqm of private living space
* move in on 1st of June
* monthly warm rent is 700eur.
* deposit 1400eur
* Proof of income and copy of ID is required
* Temporary contract will be signed for trial period (2-3 months), and then there is a possibility for long-term rent.
* Anmeldung possible after trial period (2-3 months)
The room comes unfurnished (the first photo is from a couple months ago, I felt like it's a nice reference to how the room could look like). The kitchen and bathroom have all things necessary. As the room is small, we offer an additional space exclusively for you to store your clothes and anything else you would like to keep separately - it's the space with curtains.

The apartment is located in the center of Neukolln, on Karl-Marx-Platz.
S-Bahn (s41, s42, s45, s46, s47) is only 7min walk away, U-bahn (U7) only 5min away.
There's a lot of grocery shopping options in the area as well as Turkish markets where u can get groceries for super friendly prices.
The area is full of lovely places, you can find here a lots of cafe's and parks, such as Kornerpark (3 min) and Tempelhofer feld (15 min) is also pretty close.
We are two creatives & advertising students - Yeva (a designer from Ukraine) and Karlis (a photographer from Latvia), who are looking for a third tenant in their twenties, without pets.
You need be able to communicate in English and know how to maintain the apartment decent.
We offer a two to three month sublet contract with a possibility to an indefinite extension if everything works out between us. :)
