As I am moving out of my flat, there will be (at the moment) two rooms free in this two rooms WG located in Neukölln (station Hermannstraße).
The first room is around 20-25m², there is a bed/couch and some storage inside for you to move more easily inside. The rent for this room is about 470€/month with everything included
The second room is bigger 30m² with a huge bunke-bed, a balcony. There is a bed, a couch, some storage for your clothes. The rent is about 500€/month with everything included.
The rest of the flat includes a kitchen with already some kitchen tools, a stove and a washing-machine that you can use freely. There is a huge shower, and the bathroom also includes some storage for your stuff.
I'll ask for 200€ deposit that will be return back as soon as you move out in order to be sure that all the furnitures will be treated with respect but I don't need any more paper such as the Schufa (jetzt beantragen) or anything else. Just need you to pay the rent on time!
Of course if you want to rent the whole flat for yourself, it is also possible, you may have the possibility to modify the room's configuration in order to create a living room and a sleeping room. In that case, you will have to pay around 970€/month for the whole flat.

No flatmate at the moment, but I would like you to be LGBTI+ friendly as I may try to find some open-minded and queer people for the other room.
Of course if you are two friends that wants to move together it's even better as you can rent the whole flat for you two.
