Hello Berlin lovers! I'm renting out my bright apartment room in the middle of Kreuzberg's "Bergmannkiez"(one of the most beautiful and highly demanded areas). It will be available from the beginning of February for at least 6 months with the option to extend -> as I won't move in again, the length of stay basically depends on you.
The apartment has 3 rooms in total, 110 sq meters, 2 bedrooms, one huge living room with a semi-open kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and two big rooftop terraces (in southwest / sunset direction). The room to be sublet is fully furnished (bed, desk with office chair, additional screen, projector, wardrobe, commode, plants, towels, bed sheets, wifi included. Besides, of course you'll have the possibility to use the fully equipped apartment as well (kitchen, washing machine etc.).
I have a wonderful room mate who is renting out the other bedroom (not on pictures). She has a regular 9 to 5 job as an architect. She's a very sociable and open-minded person, giving you the space you need.
We are looking for someone who really appreciates the great location and unique interior, as well as values personal belongings. If that sounds good to you and overlaps with your plans, I'll be happy to meet you in person & show you the apartment in real. :)
