You will live with Martin, a 68 year old German with the energy of a 20 year old. Most of the year he will be traveling in his motor home, so you will be alone in the apartment during that time. While he is there, he also usually leaves early in the morning and comes back in the evening. So, most of the time you will be renting an entire apartment for the price of a room.
However, it would be nice if, like him, you enjoy spending some time with the person you share your home with. He will always be more than willing to help you with whatever you need.
The apartment is on the second floor by stairs. It has a balcony, a kitchen and a living room, plus your own room and Martin's room.
The bedroom has a bed and other furniture, not shown in the pictures, which is currently unassembled at the Keller. You can dispose of them or bring your own. There are also carpets and decorations that are also not in the pictures.

The apartment is 1 minute away from a park and a Norma supermarket. 3 minutes from an Aldi. 10 minutes from Lidl and Rewe.
Bertablock for those who like climbing is also 10 minutes away.
