Heyyy! My name is Zuzanna and because I recently graduated I decided to take a little break from Berlin. Therefore, I am subletting my lovely room in a shared flat (overall (with you) 3 female roomates) from now on till 10.09.2022.
PERFECT as a place for a temporary base to search for the permanent flat!! You basically don't need to buy anything, everything is in the flat!
It is very bright and furnished. There is wifi, laundry room and all the needed utensils in the kitchen plus dishwasher and microwave. The flat has access to the GARDEN that renters can use 😉
It’s very close to shops, kebab etc and at the end of the street there is a park with a lake. It is located in a very calm and green district between Lichtenberg and Weisensee. 🙂 It is 2-3 minutes by walk from the M4 and M5 tram stops!

Flat is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, extremely close to the park with lakes (perfect for morning run). There is a bakery, kebab, pizza, and chinese food place around the corner. There is also a big REWE and LIDL closeby :) The huge plus especially in summer is a garden.
The flat is shared with two other girls. They are young professionals working from home. The language spoken at home is mostly english as we are all internationals. Everyone is very considerate towards others, sometimes we cook together and have some tea in the kitchen :) We have guests sometimes and enjoy meetings with friends however it is not a "party everyday flat" :)
Everyone is quite tidy and we try to keep common spaces clean so we can all enjoy them!
