We are looking for the perfect third for our WG. It’s a relaxed, queer-friendly shared flat in Kreuzberg.
We have no formal WG meetings, but do we chat whenever we see each other - we like to know what’s going on in each other’s lives and we look out for each other. We both have quite busy working lives and of course can also close the doors to our rooms when we need privacy.
The flat has three bedrooms plus a small guest room, a shared kitchen and living room, a bathroom with a shower and bath tub. It’s on Kottbusser Damm, on the top floor. The room available is on the quieter side of the building, with a window to the courtyard. The room is 18 square meters, unfurnished.
We have a cleaning plan so that the communal areas get cleaned once a week. We like to keep the place tidy so everyone can enjoy cooking and relaxing in the flat.
It’s a no-smoking flat, no pets allowed, no loud musical instruments.
We are right on Kottbusser Damm, busy street with shops, quite noisy. The nearest supermarket is a two minute walk across the street.
We are: Robert, German, works in theatre, 47, and Laura, 39, Finnish, visual artist.
Laura works in her studio most days, Robert works from home a lot.
We are looking for someone over 32 years of age, easy-going and tidy. We would like to find someone who will move in long-term (Anmeldung possible of course) We both travel quite often, but we generally don’t sublet our rooms in the flat while we are away - we like to keep a feeling of home rather a constant stream of new people. Of course friends are welcome visit with us!
We like friendly, straight-forward communication.
