Hi there! I’m renting a room in a shared flat which will be available as of the 3 March . The room is furnished and is very quiet as it overlooks the inner courtyard.
We are looking for a girl who has a full-time job and is not working from home as this would fit our way of living and sharing the flat. Please note that this is not a party flat and we love to keep our home clean and quiet, so that we can rest in peace after a day of work.
You would be sharing the apartment with me, a 32 yo Italian photographer, and with Amanda 26 yo. There is another room in the apartment which is rented for short time stays, so there will be other people in the house occasionally.
The kitchen and the bathroom are shared.
The flat is located in a quiet street in the heart of Kreuzberg, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of the city with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes and close to some famous clubs.
