YOUR ROOM:
The room is 20 square meters, with beautiful high ceilings and floorboards, a window to the south-west /west facing the shared garden, so that it is bright and quiet.
The room you would take is currently EMPTY though, but a 10cm thick, 80x200cm mattress is available for you to use.
It’s available IMMEDIATELY if you like, until at least 25.06, with possibility to extend for a few weeks or so. This might be a great fit if you’re new in Berlin and need a place to settle in and find your bearings.
The rest of the apartment has a really long hallway on the first floor in the rear building, an extra storage room, a large bathroom with shower and tub and two separate toilets, so that there are no traffic jams even for four people.
The kitchen is well equipped and at least big enough that you can spend time chilling together.
LOCATION:
Our apartment is located in Wedding, Brüsselerkiez, between Amrumer Straße (U9) and Seestraße (U6). Shops for groceries and other needs are all within walking distance. You can go to the Rehberge and Schiller Park, or to the Plötzensee to have a bit of nature around you in no time.
You’d be living with 3 great housemates (2 guys, 1 girl) so another woman is preferable, but not a must.
Everyone has different rhythms of the day, but when it comes up we like to cook together, or meet in the kitchen for a glass or two in the evening and hear what life is like for the others. In general, as a flat share, we are big enough that it never gets boring at home, but also spacious and quiet enough so that everyone has a place to retreat. We practically do not eat meat and share some food and most of the utensils and try to be environmentally conscious as a flat share.
RENT:
