Quiet, bright, spacious beautiful room (20qm) close to Bundesplatz (Ringbahn, U7, U9, U3)

The flat has all the comfort one desires, a cozy living room, bathtub for the cold days, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dish washer, towels, linen . Fully furnished and equipped. You are in the forest super quick, live in a calm neighborhood and yet are in the lively areas of Berlin quickly as well! The closest grocery store is 200m away and a park for a stroll near by too.
There are two other beautiful souls living in the flat, one might be partially gone and another sublet in her room.
Our precious home is filled with plants, art and much compassion and care. Topics of Tantra, consciousness, sustainability, body work, plant medicine, play, meditation, relating and other fun stuff is shared about in conversations☺️
We really care about being mindful with each other and taking care of the flat as if it was your own, as we use this space to recharge from the Berlin city madness 🤍
You will share the room with amazing plants if your willing to water them otherwise my roomy will do it 🌱
We are all having our own lives going on but really have a community home feeling of living with friends. There is shared time but also a lot going on for ourselves. It’s definitely not a party WG, so it would be mandatory if you kept it this way. Having people over is obviously welcome and ok. So far it has been easy going for us to make it a home!
I am subletting because I am not sure anymore if Berlin is the place to be for me and I need to wrap my head around my next steps and will live in other places myself, so there might be the possibility to even stay longer then Feb.
I don’t need any papers from you (except ID for the contract) but a deposit of 700€ and the first rent as soon as we decided for you to live in. Otherwise I trust for things to flow! We will have a subletting contract but no Anmeldung is possible unfortunately.
