Anmeldung is possible only for students from the list of stw Berlin universities. The room is in the student WG apartment. Kitchen and bath are shared, kitchen has all equipment abailable. Every body has there own free time, and you can live silently if you are a no social person. Kitchen is a place if you need to talk and find common activities. Otherwise every body in their own rooms. There is a large common open air green space outside the hostels for sports, socialization and common activites. The apartment is basic furnished, bright with Sunshine. There is a personal refrigerator in the room. The final warm rent is 370. The rent is fully inclusive, and the cleaning service for bath, kitchen and corridor is also included in the rent, plus extra cleaning material for kitchen is also provided by Hostel management free of cost. Ideal Only for students from the list of universities of studentenwerk. Internet is also available therefore in this case. The room is vacant as long as the advertisement is active. Room is available ideally from 1.03.2022, but later arrangement may also be possible dependending on common understanding. 30.03.2022 will be move out date. There is some chance of one month extension, but not sure yet. Shorter period is also possible with mutual agreement. It is situated next to S-bahn Grunewald on route S7, and bus routes M19, 186. Grocery stores nearby. 4 minutes to Westkreuz, 6 minutes Charlottenburg market, 14 minutes to hbf, 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz, 20 minutes to Potsdam.
