28qm mit Balkon, Altbau im Westen Berlins (MIT HUND)

Die Wohnung befindet sich etwa 5Min. Fußweg vom S + Ubhf Bundesplatz, direkt auf dem Ring und der U9. Zudem befindet sich die Stadtautobahn auch 2-3 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt.
Die Lage hier ist super und relativ ruhig.
Ärzte, Apotheker, Nagelstudio, Blumenladen, Cafés und auch türkische Bäcker sind hier direkt. Es gibt ein paar echt heimische Restaurants hier direkt in der Nähe, Supermärkte auch. Zudem ist der Volkspark Wilmersdorf auch nur 2Min. per Fuß entfernt, sodass du da immer spazieren, joggen o.Ä kannst :)
Falls du ein Auto hast: Parkplatzfindung ist in Ordnung, hab meist keine Probleme :)

The apartment is a 5min walk away from S+U Bundesplatz, directly on the ring & U9. The city highway is also about 2-3mins away with car. The area is quite chill & peaceful, we have everything we got: doctors, pharmacies, nail studios, flower shops, coffee shops and also Turkish bakeries are directly located here. Also a lot of homely restaurants and many supermarkets. There’s the big pen of Wilmersdorf about 2mins. away, so you can exercise or jog there :) if you have a car: finding a sport is relatively easy, I mostly have no problems :)

ÜBER MICH

Hi, ich bin Kexin und 27 Jahre alt. Ich bin arbeite in der FinTech Branche, nachdem ich meinen Doppelbachelor in International Business beendet habe. Ich bin Nichtraucherin, und bin grundsätzlich ziemlich entspannt. Werde dich das machen lassen, was du willst, solange der Respekt beibehalten wird. Ich bin sehr anpassungsfähig, quatsche gerne mit dir nach Feierabend auf ein paar Gläser Wein, schaue gerne Filme mit dir oder spiele auch gerne Video- oder Brettspiele mit dir. Lass dich aber auch gerne in Ruhe, weil ich selbst manchmal auch eine Auszeit brauche.
Ich bin sportlich drauf, relativ ruhig was das Zusammenleben angeht.
Meine Interessen sind: Philosophie, Psychologie, Thrillerfilme, Reisen (ganz, ganz viel), Wirtschaft, Sport & Gesundheit, Videospiele, Skincare/Beauty. Unter normalen Umständen gehe ich gerne Essen, in Cafés, bummeln, ins Kino und ab und an auch feiern (kann fast zu jeder Musik tanzen).
Ich mag es gerne ordentlich und sauber, aber was in deinem Zimmer abgeht, ist deine Sache.
Mir ist es nur wichtig, dass Hausschuhe im Haus getragen werden (bin halt Asiatin und habe es so gelernt).

DIE WOHNUNG

- Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mixer, Toaster, Sandwichmaker, großen Kühlschrank und Reis- und Wasserkocher. Ich habe auch Einiges an Töpfen und Pfannen da, sowie Besteck und Geschirr, allerdings wäre es super, wenn du vielleicht noch paar Töpfe/Pfannen und Besteck mitbringen könntest, da es sonst manchmal ausgehen könnte.

- Rumpelkammer: Ich habe eine volltaugliche Waschmaschine, aber leider ohne Trocknerfunktion.

- Balkon: Der Balkon ist etwa 3m2 groß, also gerade genug um einen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen hinzustellen. Der Balkon ist zwar in deinem Zimmer, aber ich würde mich trotzdem freuen, wenn du mich im Sommer ab und zu auf deinem Balkon lassen würdest. Meine Pflanzen sind aber leider alle tot...

- Bad: Das Bad ist leider etwas klein. Badewanne habe ich leider auch nicht, aber man hat dennoch alles, was man braucht.

The apartment

- Kitchen with dish washer, smoothie mixer, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, big fridge, water and rice cooker. Have many lots and pans, as well as cutlery and plates here, but it’d be great you could bring some more.

- laundry room behind kitchen with full functioning wash machine (no dryer though)

- balcony: is about 3qm, so exactly enough space for a gable and 2 chairs. You can have it, but maybe invite me over sometimes :P

- bathroom: can be quite small, but enough space for a single person. No bath tub but everything else you’ll need :)

Ich bin super harmoniebedürftig und leicht umgänglich, daher wäre es super, wenn wir beide niemals irgendwelche Probleme hätten. Bin kein Fan von Putz- und Wäscheplan , wir sind ja erwachsen und können Eigenverantwortung tragen.
Wenn du jemand bist, der jetzt nicht unbedingt wilde Parties in der Wohnung feiern möchte, bis Mitternachts hardcore Technomusik hört oder 24/7 meine Aufmerksamkeit braucht, dann bist du genau richtig bei mir ! :)

I really appreciate harmony, and I really am super chill so I really don’t ever want any problems. I also don’t think we need special cleaning schedules since we’re both grown ups who both carry responsibility. When you’re someone who doesn’t necessarily throw house parties at ours or stay up listening to hardcore techno till midnight, and need my attention 24/7, then we’ll be a good match!!
