Our newly renovated 95 sq m (910 sq ft) apartment on the top floor of a multi-family building offers the perfect setting for comfortable shared living. The renovation has given the entire apartment a fresh, new look and boasts modern comforts.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious and fully equipped communal kitchen. Here you'll find plenty of room for cooking, eating, and relaxing together. The modern fitted kitchen includes all the necessary appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and ample storage space for all roommates. This is where the best shared evenings happen!

The rooms themselves vary in size, so there's something to suit everyone. They can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs. The rooms are bright and welcoming, offering plenty of space for privacy and personal touches. Thanks to the top-floor location, some rooms have a special charm with sloping ceilings and even some lovely views.

In addition to the kitchen, there is a shared bathroom, which has also been modernized and features a shower or bathtub.

The location of our shared apartment is truly special: We're situated in the heart of Charlottenburg, right next to the picturesque Lietzensee Park. This unique combination of urban living and nature-based recreation makes living here so appealing.

The park itself is just steps from our front door and offers a welcome green oasis in the middle of the city. Here you can relax after work or on weekends, take a walk, jog, have a picnic, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet by the water. The Lietzensee lake, with its idyllic surroundings, invites you to linger and provides a beautiful backdrop.

Despite the quiet location directly on the park, we have excellent transport links and benefit from Charlottenburg's outstanding infrastructure. Everything you need for daily life is within easy reach: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks, and much more. The famous Kurfürstendamm shopping street, with its numerous shops, boutiques, and restaurants, is also easily accessible.

Public transport connections are excellent. The U2 subway line (Sophie-Charlotte-Platz station) and various bus lines (e.g., X34, M45) are within easy walking distance, providing quick and convenient connections to all parts of Berlin. The city motorway is also nearby.
