YES, TWO OF THE ROOMS ARE STILL AVAILABLE. I understand that it is hard to find a room and that you probably already contacted loads of other advertisements. I can promise you that I will respond to your inquiry, but I want only SERIOUS INQUERIES. Most of the emails I receive do not state your current occupation and how you plan to pay the rent. Some are surprised they need to pay a security deposit. A lot of people do not even answer my reply because they obviously do not check their email inbox. Worst of all, some agree to a showing and don´t show up at all.
