Hey there, potential future Flat mate! ☺
We are offering a furnished room in our WG from Studentenwerk available from 01.04.2022.
Details about the room:
- The room size is 13m with quite a big window and a ,,French window'' creating a very light and cozy space.
- We share the kitchen and bathroom between the three of us.
- The room is already furnished (with a Bed, Desk, Chair, Closet, Shelf, Curtain…)
- The building accommodates a washing room, music room and playroom with both billiard and Ping-Pong tables. We also have a back yard with a playground to enjoy and relax.
- The flat is located within a short walking distance of the U2 (Current U12) Ernst Reuter Platz (a station away from Zoologischer Garten Sbahn and connections to U9 as well.) and U7 Richard Wagner Platz. It is also 10minutes away from the Technical University and the Art University of Berlin.
- This flat block is aimed to accommodate only women and families. In this case, no noise is allowed after 10pm! (Yes, meaning no parties allowed :))
- To be able to live here, you need to be already “Immatrikuliet” (registered) at a University in Berlin i.e. basically being a student in Berlin.

Public transportation is right around the corner! there are several busses (245, M45, 101 and so on) in a 5 minute walk. Ernst Reuter Platz (U2) and Richard Wagner Platz (U7) are 10 minutes away.
The flat is located in the student residency, so there are a lot of young people around.
Some information about us:
We are both studying one person at the UdK studying Fine Arts and the other person is studying Sociology at FU. We are 25 and 26 years old. Overall quit and calm people. Our study is very important to us, and so we’re very engaged with it throughout the day, but we always find the time to catch up and hang out now and then.
We are very welcoming to diverse cultures and getting to know new people. Communication and friendship is very important to us. As much as respecting each other’s privacy, it’s important to us that we live together not only as flat mates but also friends!
What type of person we’re looking for:
- Communicative and friendly
- CLEAN and organized; naturally clean up after herself and is willing to cooperate with the cleaning chores.
- This is a non-smoking flat!!
- English speaker is highly preferred.
-Must take over the internet contract (the costs are shared by all of course)
