The apartments are freshly renovated and we are now in process of assembling the furniture. The pictures in the listing are from our apartment in the same building, the furniture will be identical.
Rooms are fully furnished and equipped, this includes a bed with a slatted frame, mattress, duvet, pillow, mattress cover, wardrobe, curtains, ceiling lamp, wall or standing lamp, desk, chair, mirror, nightstand, and shelves.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the kitchen supplies (pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, cutting board) are provided.
The building has an elevator.
All costs included (also Internet) - the Rundfunkbeitrag (TV and radio tax) has to be paid by you.
Subletting is not possible. Minimum stay is 3 months.
All rooms are meant for 1 person only. (no exceptions)
No animals are allowed.
All tenants have to sign a rental contract (a landlord´s confirmation is then provided for your official registration in Berlin - Anmeldung).

The apartment is located in Charlottenburg and is just 12 min away from Savignyplatz and 5 min walking distance from the Technische Universität Berlin.
There are plenty of places to eat out: tiger club vegan sushi, Katchi Ice Cream, Seoul garden, Die Stulle, Giro Coffee Bar, BioBackHaus, Schleckermäulchen, Espresso House and other. There is also a supermarket and a copy and print shop nearby. The place is close to the Renaissance-Theater Berlin and Komödie am Kurfürstendamm im Schiller Theater.
Your flatmates will be young professionals, students, or interns between the age of 18 and 35. In the apartment, we try to ensure a friendly atmosphere, where like-minded people can have peaceful cohabitation
The flatshare is a mixed-gender apartment.
There are no tenants living in the apartment yet, as the apartment was freshly renovated. The earliest possible move-in is 03.01.2022 (in case all applications steps are completed)
