The room is roughly 24-25m² with the Balkon and you have all the time sun in this room when it is summer. it is really nice! A long-term arrangement, with a minimum lease of 6 months.I've been residing in this room for over 2 years, and now I'm planning to move in with my friend. Anmeldung is possible. You will have two flatmates, one of whom is new, while the other is Yizi, with whom I've been sharing the living space for more than two years.
The location is near Waltherschreiber Platz (U9), and the house is conveniently situated right next to the U9 station. Supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka) are just a 5-minute walk away.
The contract starts from the first of Feb.
at the same time here is other option that you can switch the room with my flatmate's room (24-25m² , without Balkon) and price is less 525 euro.
