The flat is on the 2nd floor, has a fully equipped kitchen (with gas cooker), a bathroom with bathtub and two rooms. My room is 20m2 and has a balcony facing the street. I shared the flat with a German drama student. There is access to a bicycle room, the courtyard, and a laundry room with a washing machine (80ct per wash) on the top floor of the back building.
I rent the room fully furnished with a double bed, desk, shelves, and wardrobes, including bed linen, blanket, pillow, and towels, all other utilities and internet are also included. I am looking for a tenant from 15th of April 2022 for a long term at least minimum of 3months 550EUR/month.
The flat has a very good and fast WLAN (internet) and very good connections to the Ringbahn/Sbahn/subway/busses.
Schloßstraße is 5 minutes walk away with many shopping centers, everything you need is within 5 minutes walking distance.
The flat is 5 minutes walk from the underground station Walther Schreiber Platz (from there 12 minutes with the U9 to the TU) in a quiet side street. The address is Bornstraße 11 and is on the border of Steglitz and Friedenau. There is a very friendly community in the house, everyone is very helpful.
